box設計，在凶險的武漢肺炎疫情下保護了世界上無數醫療人員在插管時免受飛沫傳染。看著插管箱，心想若能以身邊容易取得的素材或家中的物品，製作成輕便、收納空間小、單次使用且低成本的插管防護罩，或許能減少使用後消毒意外感染的風險、縮短等待廠商製作的時間、擴展可使用的場合至急診甚至第一線救護單位，希望能保留更多醫護戰力與醫療能量，打贏這場與病毒的持久戰。
所需材料 ( The essential tools
)
1.方形菜罩 ( Square food
cover )
2.14號鐵絲約1.5公尺 ( 14# iron wire about 1.5 m long )
3.透明防水布一片( 約1.2 X 2.1公尺 )( Transparent tarp size about 4
feet X 7 feet )
4.抽吸管 X 4條( 4 suction tubes )
5.熱壓封口機 ( Impulse sealer )
製作步驟 ( Steps of
assembly )
1.將菜罩的網布部分取下，留下鐵絲骨架( Remove
the net from the square food cover, leave the iron frame. )
2.將抽吸管頭部剪下，作為菜罩骨架與14號鐵絲的連接頭( Cut the working portion of 4 suction tubes, serve as the adaptor
of the food cover frame and 14# iron wire. )
3.視所需要的插管帳尺寸，將鐵絲裁切適當長度 ( Trim
the iron wire to proper length based on the size of the aerosol tent. )
4.塑造插管帳的骨架( Shape the skeleton
of the aerosol tent. )
5.依照骨架，在透明防水布上繪製草圖( 上下面各一，四個側面與一個前蓋
)( Sketch the assembly drawing of the tent according to the
skeleton on the transparent tarp. )
6.剪下組件，用熱熔封口機將六個面黏合起來，注意溫度與時間，避免破損( Trim all parts from the tarp, seal all six plane with impulse
sealer, and beware the heat and sealing duration. )
7.用熱熔封口機將側面交界外側封妥，在四個側面交界邊緣做成四個通道( Seal the outer margin of 4 side planes, making tunnels for the skeleton.

8.將骨架置入通道，完成可自由開啟與收合的拋棄式負壓插管帳( Put all 4 poles into the tunnel, finish the light, portable, disposable
negative pressure aerosol tent. )
9.利用這篇文章的方法，即可營造出負壓的插管環境。(
